Healing Symptoms by Working with Past Life Memory

In 1991 for the first time in someone other than myself I saw how past life memories can grip us and how physical symptoms can manifest as a result.

Lynn a student of mine came to class wanting to understand why her heart was beating so erratically and irregularly. She has been to the emergency room many times in the last few months and knew it was more than the lack of prenatal manganese that the doctors has told her was the cause of her hearts rapid and irregular beat.

She never imagines what would happen next, but her heart boomed as she walked to the door of class like never before on that wintery night. Perhaps it was fear–perhaps it was something else entirely.

We began class with the usual meditations to ground center and connect with ones inner knowing then since the class was exploring and working directly with the organ systems we naturally began with the heart that night.

The meditation was a simple one. I gently instructed people to connect with their hearts beat then guided them to go back in 10 year increments and visit the hearts of their past. Listening for anything the heart and body wanted to share with them, and see if there were any patterns of holding at the different time in their lives.

As I led the group in this process Lynn zoomed through this life and was whisked to a memory that shook her to the core. Here is what she remembered and felt in every detail.

Immediately she felt cold stone at her back and she saw the night sky filled with stars, she realized she was lying on a stone slab on her back, surrounded by her tribe. She knew she was being sacrificed to the gods and that she would never reach adulthood. She was about  to enter puberty, life was just about to begin for her.

Things became intense for her when she saw a man with a silver bracelet and a dagger in his hand standing poised to strike. She was frightened and did not feel this was an honor as she elders said it was. As he plunged the knife expertly into her chest, and removed her heart, offering it to the gods and taking a bite of her heart before offering it to the tribe. She watched this scene from above and felt a presence of woman singing to her as she spirit left her body. She said later that she understood how heart surgery felt after this experience.

As I asked everyone to return from this journey and come back to waking consciousness, each emerged with stories their hearts had reveled to them. Lynn shared what she remembered, felt and saw and as she spoke she realized that the man in her vision/memory was her boyfriend with whom she lived.

She said he too wore a wide silver bracelet in the present like the one she saw in the past. She was awestruck. But the most amazing thing she said was that her heart was quiet now, it was not beating rapidly or irregularly and she breath more deeply than ever before.

Lynn ‘s experienced an incredible release that night and regained a piece of her personal eternal story that calmed her heart and over the nest four months of class and 1-1 sessions her symptoms disappeared as she understood her relationship to the man she loved like never before.

Your body, as embodied spirit, is your greatest gift.  It sets you apart from other sentient beings, and makes you uniquely able to heal old wounds, memories and emotions by working directly with your body and consciousness.

You can discover not only who you are, but who you have been. This knowledge, which I call the” body of experience” lives within your cells, bones, tissues and chakra system. And this vast pantheon of info-energy can help you connect the dots in your life to both your recent and ancient past. Once you can see the patterns held within your body, as energy, emotions and beliefs, you have the opportunity to change these imprinted memories and traces from within‑ just like Lynn did.

Visualize  a golden light of 10,000 suns radiate into your being and flow down your spine and into your legs and out your feet. See the energy flow into the earth along a grid that connects to the matrix within the earth.

Feed the earth with your energy and love and dip into her stillness and bring that back into your body. Be the bridge between spirit and the earth you are meant to be. And feel the deep connection that exists between all beings.

See the old structures melt away— see and feel compassion and peace replace fear. Imagine  a new earth where truth beauty and peace abide in fullness.

I have discovered that these emotions and traumatic experiences imprint themselves upon your very body. The grief, shock, pain and sorrow live within your bones, cells, tissues, energy body and organs. But there is hope.

In 1991, I devised a way to work directly with the body’s energy and organs to release these imprinted memories from the places where they have been hiding. This is what I can offer you, a way to work directly with the imprinted memories and emotions that are within you.

As a woman when you are intimate with a man you take him into your body, this leaves an imprint and an energy signature upon your womb, and sexual organs. His energy stays with you.

When you loss a baby through miscarriage or if you have had an abortion the energy stays with you in much the same way as a man’s energy stays with you.

This energy, vital force or chi seeps into your cells and settles there. If the relationship or pregnancy ends— you are left with the remnants of that experience as energy imprinted within you. Each intimate relationship you have takes up space within your womb, and energy body.

Likewise miscarriages and abortions have a similar effect, energy imprints are left behind. These imprints are like tiny scares. These events may not only leave you with emotional scars but with emotional residual energy that can deeply affect your ability to conceive.

I saw this first-hand 26 yrs ago, when I was working with a woman who had just miscarried. As she lay on the table images of old loves and embattled relationships began to surface in her mind’s eye. Deep grief and pain welled up as she revisited her painful past.

As this was occurring, energy from her womb streamed out of her body. As she cried tears for the losses and pain from her life, her energy began to release and clear.

This was the first time in someone other than myself that I saw and felt the power of how our past is imprinted within our body and mind. She had never thought twice about the wounds to her womb and yet here they were.

And yet it was so important to clear and resolve these hidden emotions in order to begin the healing process.

She walked away from that session struck by the difference in her body and mind, and how while disquieting at first her experience was, she left feeling lighter, as if, a burden had been lifted from her.

Loss is felt in your womb, in this lower energy center often referred to in Buddhist traditions as your second heart. It is also the place in your body that corresponds with your 2nd chakra, an area regarded as the seat of your emotions and relationships. So, in order to conceive, this area must be clear and ready to receive new life.

Because once these imprints are made they stay with you. They arise again and again until they are released once and for all. This emotional pain can keep you from conceiving. Your womb is too full energetically for anything else.

There is a great need to release your past relationships, pain, sorrows and miscarriages. Anything that has impacted you deeply must be released from within your womb. You need to revisit your past to heal your present of this I am sure and I know in my heart that this will enable you to make a start fresh. Free from the pain and suffering your womb and heart have held.

There is a simple and direct practice which can help you begin the clearing process. It can help you clear the way for deep and lasting healing of your womb enabling you to energetically make space for the baby you long for.

The child you long for will be drawn into that clear space and allowed to make a fresh unencumbered start in this world.

Transcending Family History

Recently I have been seeing the most interesting phenomena, generational emotional pain and patterns that pass from one generation to the next. Not only are similar emotions popping up but there seems to be a theme that is occurring as well. The patterns can be emotional and they may even manifest physically. Remarkably too is when one person with in the ancestral line works with the energy of the problem or emotion it changes for the entire living group .
By making personal changes , the whole soul of the family can change and the predominant issue or pain within the group changes. More later about this. It fascinates me.

Revitilization and renewal blending the masculine and feminine energies in 2012

The opportunity for harmony and balance in 2012. The blessings of the goddess and the marriage of spirit and matter.

I was recently at an event as a participant  being introduced to the 21 praises of Tara dance and meditation practice. I have long been a closet dancer and when in Hawaii I studies a bit of hula. Dance calls to me and it was a lovely day of women dancing and sending up praises to the 21 manifestations of Tara, the goddess that is the primordial mother of us all in Tibetan Buddhism.

As we were all talking about the goddess,  one woman chimed in about 2012 and that this was the time of the return of the goddess and how woman were going to be on the front lines and taking the lead, finally.

While this may be true it rang a bit short for me. As I remember, literally, when woman were the vanguard and leading spiritually.  It came into my attention that what is happening now with 2012  is a marriage of the two energies within and without us.

We have a great opportunity of blending and marrying these two energies of the female and male within ourselves and to think of the male as an ally and friend.  It is time for the woman to share their vast knowledge and heart of a time long past and to share with their men the beginnings and how to connect spirit and matter.

That we can love and converse with and come into communion with and be creative together,  as we mark the end of the era of division and discord, is key. This is the gift of this time that where we have seen such divisions.

Woman hold some vital keys. This planet is our home and we connect to her each time we bleed and connect with the moon.  Men do not have this ability, so it is incumbent upon us to share  how we connect to this planet, Gaia who we love. Men long for this connection as they reach towards the heavens, we reach for the earth and it is here that marriage of spirit and matter can coalesce.  They teach us how to reach out and we teach them how to drop in and connect.

So here is too 2012 and the marriage and re-balancing of the inner female and male in all of us. And to the marriage of the the earth and heaven that can take place within us all.

Halloween: A Day for the Dead

Here is a prayer I received many years ago.

On this day when the veil between the worlds is thin and we can invite our  ancestors and friends back  into our lives with ease and grace,  I offer this prayer for all my family who have gone before me. I honor them and love them all.

Eternal Spirit, I bring you my grief  in the loss of Rellie, Amelia, Rel, Koa, Bob, Dru, Augustus, Butch, Ike, Bob, Tazi,  Ada,  Bru, Dorothy, Matt, Keith, Jettie, Charles, Miyoshi, Kea, Mana, Kiren, Strider.

I  ask for courage to bear my grief to walk thru it with grace and patience

I bring you my thanks for the time we spent and the love we shared.  I commit each  into your loving hands. Let their Spirits be free the ride the waves of time.

Give me eyes to see how love embraces all, and ears to hear the voice of Spirit that sings all around us.

Renewal and Revitalization

Happy Easter Week

It is so interesting how my clients have been recreating themselves this past few days. Old patterns are surfacing and the roots of problems since childhood are finding  new resolutions.

This time is so potent as we move toward Easter. The theme of resurrection and rebirth is floating all around us. So what ever each of you is working on, may you finally get to the bottom of it . May you experience radiant light as you move beyond the suffering that has been a part of your life for so long. Use this time to dig deep to look within and  understand your passion and agony so you can finally let it go once and for all.
