Your Body Holds the Keys to Your Deepest Healing

Your body is your greatest asset. It is the home of your mind and your heart and it holds the capacity of using your intellect and your intuition in tandem to solve any problem you are facing.

Your body is a storehouse of Information, memories emotions and energy that have been generated since the moment you took birth. Every memory, every emotion is a part of you, stored within your body and the great thing is it’s all accessible.

Your body holds the key because that which you can not process or understand will automatically fall into the body.

This vast “body of experience ” can be the key to solving long-standing problems that repeat in your life and that just don’t go away no matter what you do. I developed a 5 step simple and direct set of practices that when applied can open the door to this warehouse of information – held just below the surface- literally!

Why is this important? Who cares?

Well, you should if you have been struggling with a relationship issue, physical symptoms, behaviors, emotions or beliefs that you fall into again and again and you just can’t get out. Kind of like a ocean wave that you get pulled into and you just spin around and around and can’t get out without effort and help.

When you repeat the same pattern again and again in your life you may be caught in a traumatic vortex. A traumatic vortex is very intense because you are gripped in the problem and can’t get out. It’s a place where you spin, and your mind goes over the same scenario again and again, maybe with different people or situations.

There is an inextricable feeling to this. Right? Like you will never be free. And the the worst of it is you won’t be free until you resolve the core issue. You will repeat the pattern, going over the same material because your body and mind are trying every way they can to figure it out, to complete the traumatic emotional experience in a way that lays it to rest.

And all you want to be is out of the spin cycle, out of pain and to move beyond the emotions you are feeling, right?

For 24 years, I have worked with clients in these situations where their life and emotions are out of balance and out of control and they feel like they are about to die. Funny thing is, something is dying— an old way of being is dropping away. A part of the self, that is aching for change, is ready to let go to release the trauma, and die—- in order to be reborn.

Memories, emotions and beliefs drive you each and every day. And the solutions to your chronic problems is right here, right now, right within you. You just have to be willing to dive in to see what is waiting for you- to see what your intellect and your intuition have to share with you.

Your body is your greatest asset and it will communicate with you. Your spirit communicates thru your body  and if you listen and look you will find answers and know in your heart what to do next. So if you want to get started and get to the bottom of your problems once and for all and make 180 degree shifts like never before then you are ripe for this deep wokt. You can begin today just call me and let’s get started. 415 435-8015

You Hold the Key !

YOU HOLD THE KEY to your deepest healing and empowerment…….

Memories and emotions are alive within you and they drive your behaviors, symptoms, beliefs and life experience more than you may realize. These unconscious patterns reawaken when you are in stress, trauma and pain and they limit you in countless ways.

Have you ever wondered: why am I here again? What is this about? I feel I know this person, how could that be? Why does this emotion always come up? How come I have this disease? How can I get out of this cycle? Why am I so tired?

If you have ever asked these types of probing questions and if you want to transform the very energy that is the source of your pain and suffering and move beyond your problems and find peace then you are a perfect match for this work.

Transforming Embodiment ® is a past life integrative therapy and chakra clearing process that allows you to find the emotional causes for your symptoms and to uproot them at their core. You are taught to use your own intuitive skills to discover the memories and emotions that are held within your cells, bones and tissues. I am your guide and act as a medium between your wisdom Self and energy of Source.

Your body, as embodied spirit and mind, carries all the answers and understanding that you require to release the burdens of your past from both this life and from past and parallel lives you have lived before.

I call this body your body of experience, which encompasses all the memories emotions, beliefs and experiences you have ever experienced since the incarnation of your individual consciousness. Your subtle body and physical body are included and each cell, chakra and organ holds a vast pantheon of info-energy that you can access.

In my 25 years as a healer,  I have learned thru direct experience with myself, clients and students that the most persistent and perplexing problems we face in this lifetime can be answered when we drop into our body of experience. By asking simple direct questions like: “ Where have I experienced this before, why is this theme or problem in my life, when or where was the first time I experienced this? ”,  memories will surface like bubbles from a mountain spring. Offering you insights and understanding directly from your body and spirit.

Together we can find answers and understanding and you can heal your core, your body and emotions. This is the treasure and empowerment of this work.

How to counter verbally abusive people

I was talking with a client the other day who was having an especially hard time with her verbally abusive and emotionally destructive boss. She expressed how upsetting it was to go to work and be immersed in a toxic workplace for 8 hrs a day. As she spoke I remembered something I learned years also in Hawai’i. What I learned was a quick and easy way to change a negatively charged memory or experience into a pleasant one. I know this is going to sound strange to some of you but try it the next time you are confronted with an angry or irate person.

Here is what you do, as the person is railing at you, imagine them in a clown suit, with a big nose, over-sized feet and see there lips flapping as they rant. Maybe even give them a tail, just make them as funny as you can imagine. What happens as you imagine the person this way is that you can’t help but to smile inwardly and maybe even giggle a bit to yourself.  What happens in your brain when you do this is that the memory or experience is stored differently, it moves to an area of your brain that hold pleasant images and memories and is no longer as traumatic as a result.

I did this once after a biting conversation with my mother -in- law that left me in tears. I went back and re-imagined the whole conversation and presto—- the energy and my reaction changed instantaneously—- just like that.  I felt better and was able to let it go which was a godsend.

My client used it right away and she just loved the clown she created in her mind’s eye of her abusive boss just Blah, Blah, Blahing at her. She said it really changed her entire experience.

Breakthrough Practices for Resolving your Problems Once and For All

2009 IPPY Award-winning MEMORY IN OUR BONES by H. Elizabeth Burke, MA

Memory is no longer found just in the brain. It actually lives in our bones. Larry Dossey, MD, one of the world’s foremost authorities on the synergy of physical health and spiritual awareness, says, “ Burke shows that consciousness is not limited or confined to our brains, or to the here and now, but is unlimited. We cannot be truly healthy unless this realization becomes real for each of us.”

Such awareness flies in the face of the fact that most people cope with life’s upsets by trying not to think about them, the “old out of sight, out of mind” technique. Problem solved, right? Not so, says author and creator of the TE Practice. In her groundbreaking book Memory in Our Bones: Exploring the Mysteries of mind Body and Spirit, Burke draws on the latest research and 25 years of clinical and personal experience to demonstrate that unresolved memories and emotions imprint themselves upon our psyches and actually descend into our cells, bones, and tissue. Once here, they cause a myriad of problems from complex emotional reactions to relationship conflicts and even physical symptoms Burke explains.

In recognition of this achievement, Memory in Our Bones has been awarded the 2009 Bronze Medal in the Mind, Body, and Spirit category from the Independent Publisher (IPPY) Book Awards. Burke’s in-depth examination of the nature of consciousness demonstrates that “our memories and emotions can and do cross the barriers of time and death to reemerge in our bodies and lives.” This may sound ominous, but Burke reassures readers that deep and lasting change is possible. Imprinted memories and emotions can be easily resolved and released by using the simple, direct practices presented in Memory in Our Bones.

Not surprisingly, the book has been endorsed by  individuals in the fields of spirituality and healing  (http://memoryinourbones.com/press/index.html). Leza Lowitz, award-winning poet of Yoga Poems: Lines to Unfold, says this: “Each of us has a story, written on the body. How do we unlock memory and trauma from deep within our cells, releasing the stories that no longer serve us? Drawing on years of research in science, spirituality, psycho-energetic and somatic studies from Buddhist, Taoist and Shamanist traditions, Memory in Our Bones gives us the tools, courage, and inspiration to rewrite our own life stories from a place of compassion and empowerment. I recommend it highly to any human being who wishes to open up to greater joy and vitality in an embodied, transcendent way.”

Burke’s Memory in Our Bones shares mesmerizing stories and user-friendly meditations to expand awareness and provide hope for all those who hold painful memories within them…In other words, each and every one of us.

Why do I Feel Invisible?

How seeming small events and memories have a big impact on our lives. One woman’s life changing discovery.

Sometimes it is the smallest forgotten moment that can change your perception of yourself  and your world. That was the case for a client, Anna, who came to see me because she was feeling invisible at work. She did excellent work but had been passed over for promotions. Why did she feel so invisible and unseen? She really wanted to understand why this was happening.  And she really wanted the raise she deserved.

She shared that even when she was a child she felt like she disappeared, often into books, which were her passion. But she did not want to feel this way anymore.

With such a clear desire and goal I asked her to breath deeply and to touch into her heart-mind and to gently go back to the first time she felt this sense of being invisible.

As she closed her eyes I felt her body relax and drift back in time. She opened her eyes a few minutes later and told me this story.

She was three years old when her grandparents came for a visit. It was a hot summer day along the gulf and her older brother and sister and she were playing outside when they arrived.

Her grandparents asked if they would like to go get ice cream and promptly took the two older children out to Woolworth’s leaving my client behind. When her brother and sister returned with ice cream she was so sad and just withdrew.

As she remembered these events she realized how invisible this made her feel. She was standing right there, next to her brother and sister but her grandparents went without her-they took the hands of her siblings and they all piled into the car leaving her behind.

She never realized how hurt she had been or how invisible she felt. She shared that this seemingly small action on the part of her grandparents has really impacted her and that until this moment she had never thought of that day. But she got how this simple experience made her feel invisible at her job in the present.

She reflected that her introverted childhood was probably a reaction to not wanting to be hurt and left out again. And she understood how energetically she withdrew unknowingly to this very day in her daily life. She also laughed and said that her grandparents probably did not want to have to double team with three kids in tow.

We worked with the emotions and memories and she left my office feeling rejuvenated, confident and ready to take her place as a visible member of her team at work.

She also had the skills to care for her past self, so she would never be invisible again. And when her next job review came up she received that long awaited raise, and was seen for the capable and smart woman that she was.

As you can see it is not only the big events that impact you, small moments that you have long forgotten can be the roots of problems or challenges you are facing in your daily life. Like this woman you too can find healing and restore your self-esteem and sense of identity by working with the emotional memories you have long forgotten. Inner peace, empowerment and renewed self-confidence can be your once again.

People are urgently looking for change and empowerment —–this book offers them just that

Memory In Our Bones

I will be sharing energy practice and articles that will help you clear the energy patterns held within your cells, bones and tissues, using a body of work I created in 1991 and have been teaching ever since.

New Beginnings —Healing Origins and Discovering the Power of Embodied Memory

We are alive with memory. It flows in our cells, bones, tissues and consciousness. The last frontier is inner space and it is within us where our answers lie. Our symptoms and emotions are the body and mind’s way of getting our attention and they provide us with a way into the richness our inner world.

Using our powers of intuition, visualization and deep inquiry and by contacting our innate inner wisdom we can find healing. We need only take the leap into our body and chakras, symptoms and emotions to find the memories, patterns and beliefs that hold our memories in place and limit us. Our chakras are centers for contacting and tapping into these memories, emotions and beliefs that lie dormant within us and are a wellspring of information and energy.

Memories and emotions are imprinted in our chakras, cells, organs and bones, quietly waiting. Waiting for us to be courageous enough to face the origins of our confusion, grief, anger, fear, phobias, doubt and suffering. When we engage our body memory and consciousness directly, we can emerge from this journey, with the keys to releasing our symptoms, complex emotions and the traumas and events from both this and other lifetimes.

Each of you has answers within you, you just need to be ready to ask the necessary questions, instead of dancing around an issue, try grabbing it like a tango dancer, embrace it, and take action. Your body and consciousness hold all of your memories— from the moment you first took birth, so use this, don’t fear or avoid your pain or symptoms, engage them, and allow healing to flow into your heart and mind.

Your body is like a great library and by asking questions that about  the symptom or emotion you are feeling, you can find answers. The question is the key and by asking it, you unlock the memories, emotions and scenarios from across time, from your childhood, from other lifetimes and even from when you were in the womb.

These memories will surface if you cultivate a mind that does not know, judge or fantasize. This is what Suzuki Roshi called a beginner’s mind. This kind of mind that is curious— free of expectations, and preconceived notions is essential, then the doors of deep healing can open.

The origins of your current struggles can become clear to you, and with compassionate discernment, you can discover the beliefs that hold these ancient memories and emotions in play. By doing this your symptoms and emotional states can deeply change.

So, take the plunge, this spring find the freedom you long for. Release the past that binds you once and for all. Understand the ancient histories embedded within, unwind them, and you can start fresh from this moment….. from this breath.
